Autel - Automechanika Exhibition Booth in Viet Nam (2024)

We worked with Autel for their showcase at Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City 2024, held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). The event brought together over 15,000 trade visitors from 23 countries, alongside more than 500 global exhibitors. Throughout the three days, Autel’s booth welcomed a steady stream of visitors, including garage owners, technicians, and industry partners.

With a diverse range of products and solutions to present, the challenge was creating a booth that could clearly communicate multiple offerings without overwhelming visitors. The space needed to support both quick walkthroughs and more in-depth discussions, while still maintaining a clean and approachable layout. At the same time, coordinating build and setup locally while aligning with an overseas team required careful planning to keep everything running smoothly.

We supported Autel with the full build and project management of their exhibition booth, ensuring all elements were delivered and set up seamlessly on-site. The booth was kept clean and structured, with clear branding and dedicated areas for product display and conversations. From wall construction to lighting, power setup, and furniture, every detail was handled to support both functionality and day-to-day operations during the event. Our team also managed installation, on-site coordination, and dismantling, so Autel to focus on engaging visitors and building connections throughout the exhibition.
