Step 1 — Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed briefing to understand your goals, guest profile, preferred style, budget range, and any specific ideas you already have in mind.
Step 2 — Concept Proposal
Our creative team develops tailored D&D concepts with full theme proposals, mood boards, entertainment recommendations, and preliminary costings.
Step 3 — Planning & Vendor Coordination
We take ownership of all logistical planning — venue booking, vendor briefings, catering coordination, entertainment scheduling, décor sourcing, and production planning.
Step 4 — Rehearsals & Final Preparation
We manage pre-event rehearsals with your emcee, performers, and AV team to ensure the show flows seamlessly from the first toast to the last dance.
Step 5 — On-Site Execution
Our team is on the ground for the full day — managing set-up, cueing entertainment, overseeing vendor delivery, and handling any last-minute situations so nothing disrupts the night.

How early should we start planning our company D&D?
For year-end events (October to January), we recommend beginning the planning process by July or August at the latest. The best venues and most sought-after entertainers in Singapore are often booked out six months in advance. For events at other times of year, three to four months of lead time is generally sufficient.
What does a dinner and dance event cost in Singapore?
Budgets vary widely depending on guest count, venue tier, entertainment choices, and production scope. As a general guide, most corporate D&Ds in Singapore range from S$150 to S$350 or more per person. At Dream Station, we work with a range of budgets and will always be transparent about what is achievable within yours.
How many guests can you manage for a D&D?
We are experienced with events ranging from intimate dinners of 80 to large-scale productions exceeding 1,000 guests. Our most recent D&D was executed for over 1,200 attendees.
Can you help us choose a venue?
Venue sourcing and management is one of our core services. We will shortlist options based on your budget, guest count, preferred aesthetic, and date — and accompany you on site visits before any decision is made.
Do you provide emcee and DJ services?
Yes. We work with a network of professional corporate emcees and DJs who understand how to read a crowd, maintain energy, and keep a programme running on time. We will recommend the right fit for your audience and theme.
Can you manage dietary requirements for a large group?
Yes. We coordinate all F&B planning with our caterer partners, including halal options, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-conscious menus. Dietary requirements are collected and managed as part of our guest experience process.
Do you only plan events in Singapore?
