ST Engineering - Company Dinner and Dance in Singapore (2026)

We supported this Dinner and Dance as a full-scale evening experience, built around a music-driven theme that moved from 70s classics to rock and roll and into EDM. The space was set up to feel energetic from the start, with layered visuals, lighting, and entertainment shaping the mood throughout the night. From live performances to interactive touchpoints, the programme was designed to keep guests engaged and moving with the flow of the evening.

With a client that had clear expectations, the challenge was in the details. Every element, from timing to transitions, needed to be tight and well-controlled.

We managed the event end-to-end, from creative direction to on-site execution. This included thematic styling, AV and lighting setup, LED wall backdrop, and a full lineup of entertainment such, live band, lucky draw, and interactive stations like 360 and 4R photobooths. Supporting elements like balloon installations and confetti moments were timed into the programme to elevate key highlights, while ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the night.
