Autel - All Energy Australia Exhbition Booth in Melbourn (2025)

We worked with Autel for their showcase at All Energy Australia 2025, held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). As one of the largest clean energy exhibitions in the Southern Hemisphere, the event brought together over 16,000 industry professionals from more than 60 countries. Over two days, Autel welcomed a steady flow of visitors at their booth, using the space to introduce their latest charging technologies.

At a large-scale exhibition like this, the challenge was creating a space that could handle high footfall while still feeling clear and easy to navigate. The products being showcased were highly technical, so the booth needed to support both quick walk-ins and deeper conversations. On top of that, delivering everything smoothly in an overseas venue required tight coordination across build and on-site setup.

We supported Autel Energy with the full build and project management of their exhibition booth, covering structure, branding, lighting, electrical, and furniture. The space was kept clean and functional, with dedicated areas for product display and discussions, making it easier for Autel’s team to engage visitors throughout the event. We were also on-site to managed the full setup and dismantling process to ensure everything ran on schedule.
