Autel - Solar & Storage Live Exhibition Booth in Thailand (2025)

We worked with Autel for their showcase at Solar & Storage Live Thailand 2025, held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The event brought together over 4,000 to 6,000 industry professionals, including EPC contractors, developers, and government representatives, alongside more than 200 global exhibitors. Throughout the two days, Autel’s booth served as a space to present their EV charging and energy solutions.

With a larger booth footprint and multiple display elements, the challenge was keeping the space visually organised while ensuring each touchpoint had a clear purpose. The integration of overhead elements and product displays also meant the build had to be precise, especially within venue restrictions and tight installation timelines.

We supported Autel with the full build and project management of their exhibition booth, bringing together structural, branding, and technical elements into a cohesive setup. From suspended features and custom-built components to lighting and display integration, everything was executed to support both visibility and usability. Our team also managed on-site coordination from installation to teardown, ensuring the setup was delivered smoothly and ready for the full duration of the event.
