We supported ST Engineering for their Global Finance & Risk Community Day 2022 in Singapore, a large-scale hybrid conference that brought together over 1,000 attendees. The session combined in-person and virtual participation, featuring presentations from senior leadership and guest speakers, creating a platform for sharing insights and aligning teams across regions.

With both physical and virtual audiences involved, the challenge was ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across both formats. The programme needed to stay engaging for attendees on-site while remaining accessible and stable for those joining remotely.
