From venue rental, tentage, staging, and seating to permits, risk management, and on-site coordination, our team managed every detail to ensure smooth execution.

The event brought together immersive experiences with customised backdrops, live catering stations, entertainment including a live band and emcee, game booths, and creative workshops.
